We use Microsoft Azure’s infrastructure
The operational system is configured for the automatic installation of security updates (patches) made available by Microsoft. The physical safety of the environment where the application server and data bank are located are guaranteed by the Microsoft Azure host service.
Data backup performed continuously and stored in a different location from the original data. This backup copy is performed automatically and verified day by day through the logs and records of the application that performs the automatic backup.
We use SSL encryption, thus preventing data transferred between the application and the client from being intercepted and misused.
All data entered by users is considered confidential and owned by the customer. And they can be made available at any time upon request.
Strictness and permissions
As an additional security measure, the system allows the company to configure its minimum requirements for complexity, size and validity of passwords that will be registered by its users.
Genebra was developed with access levels in mind. In addition to this functionality, there are artifacts that make it possible to restrict information or access data to people who are not authorized.
Genebra is constantly evolving, as a result of the company’s internal policy of evaluating and implementing improvements identified in its internal testing and customer suggestions process. The improvements identified as applicable to its different customers are implemented and published free of charge. Security and vulnerability tests of the application are carried out internally by the team.
Also we guarantee system availability at least 99% of the time, considering total availability, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our goal is monitored using the “System availability SLA” indicator, which accounts for any interruptions in access to the system.
